April 26th – Start BCP
May 28th – Cycle Baseline Appointment
May 30 through June 2 – 225 Follistim, 1 powder Menopur, Baby Aspirin, Dexamethasone
June 3 – 18 follicles, 3 measurable (e.g. over 10), E2 = 325. Continue same protocol
June 4 -Same protocol
June 5 – Didn’t get official #’s but tech said 6 measurable (i.e. over 10). Continue with 225 Follistim, 1 powder Menopur
June 6 – 150 Follistim, 1 powder Menopur
June 7 – 150 Follistim, 1 powder Menopur + Ganirelix
June 8 – according to u/s tech, 21 follicles over 10!. No official count or E2 levels. Same med protocol.
June 9 – least favorite u/s tech now tells me 11 follicles over 10. WTF? She did this last cycle as well and freaked me out. Now, I just ignore her. No official count or E2 level but we have a retrieval day — Friday!! Last day for same med protocol.
June 10 – Ganirelix and 1 Ovidrel!!
June 12 – Retrieval — 28 eggs retrieved
June 13 – Fertilization Report – 28 retrieved, 13 mature, 8 embryos
June 17 – Transfer 3 Blasts (4AA, 4AB, 4BB). 2 4BB blasts frozen.
June 26 – OHSS, Boo! Positive Beta…YAY!!! HCG= 228, Progesterone = 142 (9dp5dt/14dpo)
June 27 – 2 liters of fluid drained. Feel much better!
June 29 – HCG = 818 & Progesterone = 179 (12dp5dt/17dpo)
July 1 – HCG = 1845 & Progesterone over 200 (14dp5d6 / 19dpo)
